  • CommCat 4.1.0 Released

CommCat 4.1.0 is ready for download here. This new version adds support for CommCat Mobile and remote control. I also fixed several bugs and improved the QSL Address look up.

    Android App?

    Howard,
Any chance you will be making an Andriod version of Commcat Mobile?

    Thanks,

      Hi Drew--

I knew that question would come up, thanks! Being a Verizon user, I've been following the Android developments with much interest, and have installed the Android SDK. That said there just aren't enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do. I'll let you know when I have something to report.

In the meantime, much of the work I'm doing on the site for CommCat Mobile will be useful to anyone interested in the advantages of maintaining your log in the "cloud." If you'd like to participate in the testing of the MyQSX Log, let me know and I'll set you up.

Howard by putting the log in the cloud will there be a way for someone to check the log for a QSO on the myqsx site?

Yes, part of the project is to have a configurable log display for anyone to see. My first job is to get import, edit, and export going. Edit and export are working well at this point. Thanks for offering to help, Drew! I'll be in touch.
